Know what you mean. I managed to rip my trousers up the a*rse getting off a water taxi. 2 hours later & that was the sightseeing done with 4 days still to go. Should of listened to my trousers and stayed on the boat. I loved those trousers too. They gave me a bum.

Cheers for the brithday wishes. Not sure I approve of the title Gsniffing as I’ve had a wash today. You’ve still got a long way to go to beat Dad, selling the family car to Mum for �50 so they could give it to you for your 18th birthday. Remember when we used to go to those dinner& dance nights, where mum would do the dancing & dad would eat the dinners.

Once you understand classes, your mind will be liberated, and you will be empowered.

On a more serious note, PHP doesn't have true OO, therefore its a little flaky with class behaviour. For real OO see Java or .NET/C# $this refers to the current class (you have to be coding in it). $this->method( params ), $this->variable etc.

Kevin has also trashed the new design in favour of the old, with a refactoring of the old design soon. I’ve also moved back to WordPress. Textpattern isn’t mature enough for my needs, of yours really.

I guess that line came out like I was blaming skippy when I think the problem is I’m running an older version of xfree86. It’s asking for something like “xftfontconfig” which I presume is part of 4.4, not 4.3.

I’m still running Gnome 2.2 so it’s not suprising that I’m having problems compiling things. Looking forward to getting Slackware 10 on here :)
